New feature development across the various platforms. Improved onboarding flow with a dedicated account set-up page, workflow and progress tracking. Introduction of dashboard that gives a clear view of everything that requires attention. New Site Management feature for web and mobile, which anchors the entire product around worksites and the risks therein.

New ‘Sites’ features: conducted user interviews, synthesised and organise insights using MoSCoW method. Test initial problem hypotheses with interactive prototypes and user testing. Consolidate feedback, validate solution design, and refine usability.

Designed dashboard that gives a clear view of everything that needs to get done, including: Training Records soon to expire, Risks that need review, and outstanding Tasks. You can also see New and Unresolved reports that need your attention.

Improvement of the onboarding flow. Design of an account set-up widget showing the steps to follow and a progress bar to encourage the users to complete the configuration of the app. Addition of set-up pages and tooltips for the main features.

Designed new psychosocial risk product SaferMe Snap! Developed in collaboration with ACC via its Workplace Injury Prevention innovation programme. Snap! works by analysing a set of fifteen risk factors proven to contribute to a higher risk of accident and injury.
